(1) The following CONCEPT involves LANGUAGE ARTS, SOCIAL STUDIES and creating a graph:





INSTRUCTIONS: Research a day in history, such as April 15, and make a list of 5 events on that day from different years.  Next, pick a category from the 5 events, such as American Presidents, and create a circle graph (pie chart) to represent how many of the 5 events are from the chosen category.  Finally, write a short paragraph response about anything related to the chosen category.
